Q: How have you changed as an athlete on and off the track after wrapping up the track season?

A: I have become more determined by having a good work ethic by trying to apply myself more on and off the track. Being active throughout the season has helped with that and being an athlete has helped in the classroom.

Q: As a sophomore on the team, how have you accomplished being a strong leader to the younger athletes?

A: My leadership skills have grown and I was a captain on the team this year. I looked up to the other team captains and I had good examples to look at when it came to helping the younger players out during practices and at meets.

Q: What is your favorite summertime drink and why?

A: My favorite drink to have in the summer is either a coke or a Starbucks Strawberry Acai with lemonade. I really don’t drink coffee so those are my go-to drinks.
