Veterans Day Parade

Come out to thank our veterans for their service to our country with the annual Veterans Day Parade in Jacksonville. MCCS Family Ball

Saturday, 5 - 7 p.m., Sunday, 2 - 4 p.m.

Join the Tarawa Terrace Community Center on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune for a military birthday ball celebration for the whole family. The event will feature color guard, a ceremonial cake cutting, dinner, music and dancing. Price is $5 per person for ages three and up (children two and under are free). Mullet Festival

Nov. 10-11, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Come out to downtown Swansboro for the annual Swansboro Mullet Festival and get a glimpse into Swansboro’s history combined with a modern celebration of all things mullet. The festival will feature a parade, food, live music and children’s activities. The event is open and free to the public. Downtown streets will be closed to traffic both days and no pets are allowed. Jacksonville Christmas Holiday Parade

Festival of the Trees

Join the American Legion of Jacksonville at 146 Broadhurst Road. for the annual Festival of Trees, a family-centered event celebrating the Christmas tradition in Onslow County. The event will feature decorated Christmas trees, holiday displays including a special military display, a silent auction, and a variety of homemade goods and crafts.
