Chelsey Billing grew up in Broadus, Montana. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Sociology (Cum Laude) from Drury University in 2014.
Chelsey is an Army veteran with 12 years of active duty service. During her career, she served as a combat medic, squad leader, Equal Opportunity Leader, Master Resiliency Trainer, clinic Non Commissioned Officer in Charge department Assistant Non Commissioned Officer in Charge, and platoon sergeant. She deployed to Ar Ramadi, Iraq (2004), Baghdad, Iraq (2006) and Kandahar Province, Afghanistan (2013).
Chelsey was recognized by the American Legion for her volunteer service with WWII Honor Flights in Washington D.C. and was awarded Spirit of Service Award.
Chelsey has earned her Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis inhuman Resource Management with Webster University and has started her Doctorate of Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management Program with Northcentral University.
