Basic Nutrition Class
Today 9:30 - 11 a.m.
This class is designed to teach participants the basics of nutrition such as choosing healthier foods, ways to modify your behavior and lifestyle, the basics of macronutrients and micronutients, the dangers of fast food, proper nutrition habits for exercise and health and the dangers of supplement abuse. Class takes place at Building AS-4400 on Marine Corps Air Station New River. For more information, call 451-0470.
Friday 2:15 - 3 p.m.
This class will focus on building strength, coordination and flexibility for ages 3-5. Students will begin learning forward and backward rolls, straddle rolls, cartwheels and bridges. Additionally, students will learn contortion and balancing skills, such as chest stands, forearm stands, tilts and scorpions. For more information, call Tarawa Terrace Community Center at 450-1687.
Open Wrestling Tournament
Saturday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Come out to the Goettge Memorial Field House on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and participate in the wrestling tournament. No pre-registration is needed. However registration is only open to active duty military. For more information, call 440-2041.

Feb. 12, 6 - 8 p.m.
